Solution:
A: This error is caused because the eSignal software was not been installed prior to the installation of the TradeGuider RT software or you have installed the eSignal 11 software.
Please download and install the eSignal 10.6 software and the error should be resolved on the next boot of TradeGuider.
You can download the eSignal 10.6 software by going to the eSignal homepage and then clicking on products, choose eSignal, then choose download. Look for the eSignal 10.6 section and then choose the link labeled "Download Version 10.6" or you can use the following link which was taken from the eSignal website.
